Refund Policy

Effective date: April 24, 2026

1. Overview

SynqBeam ("we," "us," or "our") subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select). Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as described in this policy.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to your account and all paid features until that period expires.

We do not provide partial-period refunds for unused time remaining in a billing cycle after cancellation.

3. Refund Eligibility

If SynqBeam terminates your account due to our material breach of these terms or a prolonged service outage caused by us, you may be entitled to a prorated refund of prepaid fees for the unused portion of your subscription period.

Refunds are not available for accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service, including but not limited to abuse, fraud, or breach of acceptable use policies.

4. EU and UK Consumers — 14-day Withdrawal

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from a first paid subscription within 14 days of the purchase date and receive a full refund, in line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and equivalent UK regulations.

This right does not apply where you have expressly requested the service to start during the 14-day period and have made substantive use of paid features during that window. To exercise your withdrawal right, email support@synqbeam.com within the 14-day window with your account email and order reference.

5. Refunds Issued by Lemon Squeezy

Lemon Squeezy acts as the merchant of record for our paid subscriptions. In cases of suspected fraud, payment disputes, or compliance with applicable consumer protection law, Lemon Squeezy may issue refunds directly, whether or not we have separately approved the refund.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@synqbeam.com with the following information:

  • The email address associated with your SynqBeam account
  • The reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

7. Add-Ons and Usage Packs

Project Packs, Worker Packs, Storage Packs, and any other add-ons purchased alongside your subscription follow the same refund policy as the base subscription. They are non-refundable once the billing period has begun, except in cases described under Section 3.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
