Do you charge per seat?

No. SynqBeam does not charge per seat. Free includes the owner. Pro includes unlimited office seats and unlimited tracked field workers.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Settings at any time. You keep access until the end of the current billing period, and billing stops immediately after that.

What happens when I hit the free-plan limit?

You keep full access to everything you've already created. New projects or workers beyond the limit are blocked until you upgrade to Pro.

Do you run payroll outside the US?

SynqBeam's payroll engine supports overtime, night differential, allowances, and deductions, and is designed for small construction crews. You pay workers through your own channels — SynqBeam generates the numbers and payslips.

Is there a mobile app?

SynqBeam runs in a mobile browser and is designed for tablets and phones on the job site. A dedicated mobile time-in / time-out flow for on-site workers is included on Pro.

How do the add-on storage packs work?

Pro includes 100 GB of storage. If you need more, you can buy additional 50 GB storage packs as a monthly recurring add-on from the Usage section of Settings.
